CS - DUV Field Service Engineer (ROT) - Hsinchu

Job Summary
Perform on-site analysis and repairs of customer ASML CS systems in the Hsinchu region, handling defined and regular maintenance with considerable independence and escalating to 2nd line support as needed. Responsibilities include problem analysis, information gathering, executing repairs using tools and replacement parts, scheduling parts/tools to align with customer machine time windows, documenting passes-downs and field service reports, training customers on use and routine maintenance, and sharing knowledge within the team. Requires a BSc in a technical field, experience in field service or semiconductor environments, and the ability to work with customers and adapt procedures to service needs. Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology per export regulations, with ASML valuing inclusion and diversity.
Required Qualifications
- BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in field service or semiconductor industry preferred
- Ability to analyze and diagnose problems on ASML systems
- Ability to document problem resolution and provide pass-downs and field service reports
- Knowledge of product functionality of main modules/sub-modules
- Ability to train customers and transfer knowledge
- Authorized to access controlled technology under export regulations
Desired Qualifications
- BSc in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Field service experience in semiconductor or technical industry
- Experience with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software
- Knowledge of ASML or similar lithography systems is a plus
- Ability to work with limited supervision and independently execute repairs
