Job Summary
Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area (Guangzhou, China) to meet or exceed sales targets, develops long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals, pursues leads, assesses needs, provides product services, and shares product education. Conducts market research on customers and competitors, implements market development plans, communicates customer feedback to R&D/Operations/Marketing, and may guide other sales professionals. Operates with independence to manage multiple accounts, collaborates with sales, marketing, and finance to structure contracts, and influences pricing strategies to achieve sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
