Job Summary
Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific accounts to meet or exceed sales targets; develops, builds, and strengthens long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals; pursues leads, assesses needs, and provides product services to maximize benefits; conducts market research and communicates customer feedback to internal teams (R&D, Operations, Marketing); supports education about products/services and implements market development plans. May guide other sales professionals and manages multiple accounts, with focus on establishing relationships, developing new accounts, and closing sales.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience
- Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience
