Job Summary
CS Consultant Manager role focusing on maintaining and expanding client relationships in FMCG, driving customer success metrics (NPS, ROI), leveraging NielsenIQ tools, and delivering strategic thought leadership and Joint Business Plans. Responsibilities include managing client communications, identifying business opportunities, guiding service delivery, coordinating with Account Development, owning NPS processes, and coaching the team to exceed client requirements while employing analytics to inform client priorities and outcomes. Requires strong consulting, relationship-building, data analysis in FMCG contexts, and ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions across analytics, product capabilities, and market insights.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience of analyzing data in an FMCG environment
- Strong planning and servicing skills
- Experience of working with clients to solve business issues
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstration of how to design solutions to answer client business issues
