CS - Application Engineer - Kaoshiung

Application Engineer supports ASML lithography products in high-volume manufacturing, including sustaining installed-base machines, translating customer requirements into potential business development, and enabling new product introductions in customer R&D/pilot fab. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs and clearly describing issues to internal stakeholders, acting as the owner of customer requests, collecting data, performing first-hand analysis, and escalating to ASML experts when needed while maintaining ownership. Drive progress and containment/solution, support new product development by bridging D&E ideas with customer demands, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth troubleshooting. Familiarity with semiconductor lithography processes, optical and metrology mechanisms, and ability to troubleshoot on product under time pressure. Proficient in presenting/reporting in English and Chinese during meetings. Willingness to travel within Taiwan.
