Job Summary
Serve as senior technical and operational authority on Fleet and Navy Cryptology and related Information Warfare capabilities. Support development, validation, and revision of concepts of operations, doctrine, and tactics, techniques, and procedures. Conduct mission, capability, operational-environment, and readiness analyses to evaluate training effectiveness, identify capability gaps, and recommend improvements. Plan, develop, and deliver advanced cryptology training across individual, unit, group, integrated, and joint levels while integrating expertise with disciplines including Electromagnetic Warfare, Command and Control, and Intelligence. Prepare professional briefings, white papers, reports, and Plans of Action and Milestones for technical, operational, and senior-leader audiences. Participate in technical meetings, working groups, conferences, planning sessions, exercises, and wargames.
