Job Summary
Crypto Relationships Manager at Kalshi will own the expansion of Kalshi's crypto trader relationships from the trader side, identifying high-conviction, high-volume crypto natives, onboarding them to Kalshi's crypto markets, and maintaining end-to-end relationships from first contact to long-term retention. The role involves representing Kalshi at crypto conferences and online communities, collaborating with product and growth to translate trader feedback into platform improvements, and building a pipeline of high-potential traders through outbound outreach. The position requires 6+ years in sales/relationship/account management within crypto or related financial markets, a deep crypto-native network, strong credibility in crypto markets, a proven revenue/engagement track record, and excellent communication skills. Bonus qualifications include an existing crypto community presence, experience at a crypto exchange or fintech with crypto products, familiarity with prediction markets or derivatives, and a Series 3 license. Salary range for NYC is $150,000 to $220,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a sales, relationship management, or account management role with meaningful time spent in crypto or adjacent financial markets
- A genuine, existing network in the crypto-native trading community
- Deep familiarity with crypto markets: how they work, what traders care about, and how to speak credibly about market structure, event contract mechanics, and trading dynamics
- Track record of driving revenue or engagement through high-touch account management
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where the product is still evolving and you'll need to figure things out on the fly
- Strong written and verbal communication (you're equally at home in a Telegram group and a one-on-one call with a serious trader)
- Bonus: Existing presence or following in crypto communities (X, Discord, Telegram)
- Bonus: Experience at a crypto exchange, trading platform, or fintech with a crypto product
