Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to relationship management, pitching liquidity solutions and structuring large-volume stablecoin trades. Source strategic accounts including high-net-worth individuals, market makers, and institutional trading desks while cultivating deep liquidity relationships to close large-block trades. Act as the primary cross-functional liaison between clients and internal trading, compliance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution and strict adherence to global AML, KYC, and travel rule requirements. Drive business development to expand institutional footprint and market presence within the digital asset space.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in institutional sales, financial business development, or OTC trading desks
- Deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics (fiat-backed vs. algorithmic/crypto-backed), mint/burn flows, and multi-chain dynamics (Ethereum, Tron, Solana, L2s)
- Strong grasp of global AML, KYC, and travel rule requirements
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Comfortable navigating an evolving global regulatory landscape for stablecoins
