Crypto Options Trader

Crypto Options Trader responsible for contributing to a trading book, pricing and maintaining volatility surfaces for crypto assets, and acting as a principal market maker. Responsibilities include risk monitoring of the trading book (Delta, Gamma, Vega, Theta, Rho), developing and refining systematic market-making strategies, backtesting and deploying new options strategies in collaboration with developers, performing post-trade P&L and Greek exposure analyses, and working with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to ensure governance and controls. Required to have hands-on options trading experience (3+ years) across equities, FX, or crypto, and strong Python programming skills, with in-depth knowledge of FX, equity, and crypto markets including CeFi, DeFi, perpetual futures, and margin models.
