Job Summary

  • 2 years of Crypto Customer Support experience
  • Knowledge or experience in Finance/DeFi/Cryptocurrency/Blockchain
  • Thorough knowledge of consumer protection legislation
  • Fluent in English
  • Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities
  • Arbitration skills and impartiality
  • Capacity to multitask with precision
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism
  • Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Business, Sales or similar
