Job Summary
Operate and monitor crusher plant equipment to ensure optimal production flow. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability. Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate logs and documentation of production and maintenance activities. Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely, strong mechanical aptitude, and flexibility for varying shifts including weekends and overtime. Compensation is $30.00 per hour with overtime available.
