Job Summary
Travel Advisor III in the Cruise and Tour Department, you will manage cruise and tour bookings, handle travel components related to reservations, fulfill promotions, and conduct outreach to ensure a seamless travel experience. You will deliver comprehensive travel consultation with destinations knowledge, problem-solving, empathy, and active listening, building lasting client relationships and contributing to Chase Travel’s luxury travel leadership by delivering exceptional service and achieving team KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in the travel industry
- Proven ability to manage booking and post-booking processes
- Excellent communication, consultative service, and active listening skills
