Job Summary
Consult clients on trip goals, budgets, and preferences to research destinations, suppliers, and promotions. Design customized itineraries for vacations, cruises, and group experiences while coordinating reservations for flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities. Provide clear details on schedules, documentation, and policies, then maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and communications. Monitor reservations to assist with modifications or support as needed. Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. This remote, independent contractor role offers flexible hours, structured onboarding, mentorship, and access to established supplier partnerships.
