Job Summary
The Cruise Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the growth of Fora’s cruise category by enhancing advisor support and improving internal workflows. Key responsibilities include researching cruise itineraries, managing advisor support queues, maintaining organized records, and assisting with execution of cruise campaigns and trainings. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and written communication skills, and a willingness to learn about the cruise industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, travel, hospitality, support, communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, partners, and deadlines simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data, assets, and documentation
- Excellent written communication skills for emails, partner correspondence, and marketing support
- Comfort working with digital tools such as Google Workspace, CRM systems, project management tools, and email marketing platforms
- Ability to work independently, keep projects moving, and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with an interest in improving systems and processes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or cruise
- Familiarity with cruise booking processes or travel operations
- Curiosity about the cruise industry and a strong willingness to learn cruise products, terminology, and partner systems
Additional Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US and based in NYC or willing to relocate
