Job Summary
Novant Health is seeking a Local Resource Team - Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for the Charlotte market. This Full-time night-shift role (7pm–7am) is part of the PNRT Respiratory Float Pool and involves working across 3-4 locations within the Greater Charlotte market to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care. The RRT must hold current RCP licensure in the applicable state; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. The role emphasizes collaborative, patient-centered care, ongoing professional development, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 year degree
- Current RCP licensure in appropriate state, required
- RRT credential/registration preferred
