Job Summary
Colorectal Surgeon needed to join an established Colon & Rectal Surgery practice in Erie, PA. The role involves managing benign and malignant conditions of the small bowel, colon, and rectum with a full spectrum of care including traditional surgery, laparoscopic procedures, and endoscopy. The practice currently includes two physicians, two physician assistants, and a supportive staff. The position includes an enhanced compensation package with productivity incentives, sign-on and extender bonuses, PTO, CME days and stipend, occurrence-based malpractice insurance, comprehensive insurance, a generous PTO plan, a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match and relocation assistance. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited General Surgery Residency Program completion
- Accredited Colorectal Surgery Fellowship Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Colorectal Surgery
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
