Crossing Project Manager - SPA

Job Summary
Manage the crossings programme across IC2 schemes, overseeing on-site operations for Tunnelling, HDD, pipe jacking, and open-cut works. Coordinate design, contracts, and specialist subcontractors to deliver estimates, quality checks, and third-party approvals. Develop crossing strategies, prepare technical drawings, and lead the ECI process while ensuring alignment with programme requirements and quality standards. Monitor progress against the schedule and implement corrective actions as necessary. This role supports the delivery of the 330km Strategic Pipeline Alliance by Anglian Water, with additional 260km of water transfer pipelines scheduled for AMP8.
Required Qualifications
- A formal Civil Engineering qualification (Civil / Construction or Geotechnical)
- A strong knowledge of trenchless technology and civil engineering principles
- Competence in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Flexibility and communication skills essential to working within a fast-paced and innovative team
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or IOSHH qualification
