Crossing Guard - School Year 2026-2027

Provides safe guard street crossing in school zones for students. Collaborates with school administrators, staff, parents, and students regarding safety issues. Maintains crossing guard equipment and submits written/oral reports to the area supervisor. May place and remove caution signs as needed; adheres to safety policies; performs other duties as assigned. Ability to carry and/or lift less than 15 pounds; outdoor work with exposure to hazards and potentially adverse weather conditions. Houston Independent School District equal opportunity employer.
