Crossing Guard (10 hours a week/school days)

Crossing Guard needed at Washington Street and Swampscot Ave for school days, 2 hours per day during morning and afternoon peak times (8-9 am and 3-4 pm), five days a week, school year (180 days). Pay is $18.25/hour. Responsibilities include monitoring crosswalks, providing student street crossing services, and reporting issues to the Lead Crossing Guard and Principal. Qualifications include ability to comply with local laws and procedures; bilingualism highly desired but not required. Peabody is a Gateway City with a diverse student population; position located within the Peabody School District.
