Job Summary
Teach and coach groups or individuals in CrossFit exercises, ensuring participants understand exercise functionality and safety while motivating them to improve fitness and health. Maintain certification levels including CrossFit Level 1 Trainer or higher, and obtain CPR/AED, First Aid, and Safe Schools certifications within 90 days of hire. Pass a criminal background check and demonstrate commitment to the YMCA mission and character development.
Required Qualifications
