Cross Trained Agent

Cross-trained agent capable of performing ticketing, operations and ramp duties at the assigned station after training. Responsibilities include checking in passengers and baggage, making reservations and rebooking flights, making boarding announcements, assisting passengers with special needs, handling remote reservations calls if applicable, sharing information with pilots and ramp/operations via radio, organizing ticket and cash reports, handling delayed or missing baggage, ensuring FAA and airport security compliance, meeting and marshaling aircraft, fueling if applicable to station operations, loading/unloading passengers and baggage, escorting passengers to the aircraft, and performing additional duties as assigned. Required attributes include airline experience or familiarity with airline reservation systems, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently, flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
