Job Summary
As a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2), you will maintain clients' IT infrastructure by monitoring and resolving technical incidents. Responsibilities include managing work queues, updating tickets, identifying issues, and providing second-level support. You will collaborate with teams, execute change management processes, audit tickets for quality, and handle client escalations. Requirement includes a Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent experience, along with skills in managed services, ticketing tools, ITIL processes, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Moderate-level experience in managed services roles handling cross-technology infrastructure
- Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience working with vendors and third parties
- Proficiency in planning activities and projects
- Ability to work longer hours when necessary and adapt to changing circumstances
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and work across different cultures and social groups
- Commitment to placing clients at the forefront of all interactions
