Job Summary
Cross-Portfolio Manager responsible for driving portfolio transparency, developing tools and reports, and aligning portfolio decisions with the broader pipeline. Lead cross-functional strategy initiatives across Roche Diagnostics customer areas, maintain expert knowledge of industry trends, and coach team members to achieve goals. Requires an advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or business (PhD, MD, or MBA) and 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategic development; strong analytical, planning, organizational, and facilitation skills; ability to influence senior leadership and clearly articulate analytical findings.
