Cross-Payment Client Onboarding Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for new and existing Payments Merchant & Institutional clients, coordinating initiatives across treasury, card, and merchant service offerings. Facilitate client meetings, guide project teams through design and implementation, and hold individuals accountable to deliverables and timelines. Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues using project plans to ensure timely and successful outcomes. Solicit ongoing feedback from the client relationship team, internal partners, and servicing peers to identify areas for improvement. Work three or more days per week from a U.S. Bank location. This role supports the Cross-Payments Onboarding Team's mission to provide seamless onboarding experiences and expand client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
- PMP Certification required
- Eight or more years of experience within Commercial Payments, including Treasury Management and/or card-based based payment solutions
- Working knowledge of merchant services products, platforms, and client-facing solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Treasury, Card, and Merchant solutions
- Strong project management skills and expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong executive presence, confidence partnering with a variety of levels within the organization
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to influence without authority
- Background managing or servicing commercial clients, with an emphasis on an elevated client experience
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Location expectations: working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
