Job Summary
Supervise and mentor up to 25 employees in the warehouse/distribution center, preparing reports, completing audits, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met. Determine work priorities, prepare schedules, expedite workflow, and assign tasks while communicating productivity standards and goals. Train new associates, resolve problems, and audit tasks performed by personnel. Enter data in computer systems and complete reports and records in a timely manner. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 12AM to 9AM with overtime required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Must be 18 years old
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- May regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Able to work in a non-temperature controlled warehouse
- Must maintain productivity and accuracy standards
- Must be available for Tuesday - Saturday, 12AM-9AM shifts
- Overtime is required
