Job Summary
Senior Cross-disciplinary Controls leader responsible for overseeing enterprise risk management, MCA program, issue management, governance reporting, and risk/control strategy across Citi's controls function. Manages large teams of managers and senior professionals, drives development and execution of robust control programs, ensures adherence to policies and standards, and communicates risk insights to senior management, the Board, and Regulators. The role emphasizes leadership, risk assessment, program implementation, and continuous improvement of controls to increase efficiency and reduce risk; requires deep knowledge of Citi’s policies, standards, and procedures and strong analytical and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry
- Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls
- Demonstrate sound business judgment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
