Job Summary
Coaches cross country for high school level as a seasonal, part-time role with stipend. Responsibilities include establishing coaching philosophy and techniques, managing practices and contests to promote athletic growth and teamwork, enforcing safety and injury procedures, supporting student participation in other activities, and building community connections with middle school and youth programs. Requires CPR/First Aid Certification, NFHS Certification, and knowledge of NHIAA rules; strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
