Job Summary
Cross-Business Data Expert responsible for owning end-to-end data integrity, consolidating cross-business datasets (supply & demand plans, premiums, inventories, etc.), and acting as the primary interface between digital platforms, data teams, and Business Units to maintain a Single Source of Truth. You will design and enforce data standards with Data Governance, govern data products (e.g., Minerva), coordinate the integrated supply & demand annual budget process, and build scalable data foundations to elevate alignment, transparency, and business impact across Moeve. Requires a technical or data-related degree, 5+ years in data/analytics/optimization, and strong data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in end-to-end value chain activities such as supply & demand planning, inventory management, and integrated business planning. Location is Madrid (Torre Moeve).
Required Qualifications
- A technical or data-related degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering, IT, Data or Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or similar fields.
- 5+ years in data, analytics or optimization teams, ideally within the Energy sector or comparable industrial environments.
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making and cross-business planning.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end value chain, including supply & demand planning, inventory management, and integrated business planning processes.
