Crop Protection Procurement Lead

Job Summary
Lead procurement for crop protection ingredients and materials; develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency, product quality, and supply security; negotiate with suppliers for AIs, finished goods, and raw materials; manage supplier performance and expand the supplier base; collaborate with regulatory, commercial, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with product needs, timelines, and EPA/global registrations; oversee inventory planning and coordination with supply chain partners; identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor geopolitical/regulatory changes impacting supply strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of procurement or crop protection experience
- Experience with regulatory requirements for agricultural chemicals
- Valid driver’s license; must be able to meet a Motor Vehicle Review in accordance with Company policy
