Crop & Operations Specialist - Insight FS - Antigo, WI

Provides direction and coordination of the location’s operational activities to optimize equipment, personnel, and facilities, while driving regulatory compliance, growth, and customer satisfaction; develops business relationships through exceptional sales and service. Conducts professional sales calls using the FS Roadmap; applies target marketing and professional sales techniques; develops territory and competitive analysis; provides agronomic products, services, and recommendations; delivers customer service with Precision Farming best practices, crop scouting, and custom application services; processes quotes and credit terms, prepares sales contracts; manages inventory, product ordering, and shipping/receiving; oversees plant operations including dry fertilizer blending, handling of anhydrous ammonia, and mixing of agricultural chemicals and liquid fertilizers; collaborates with leadership to maintain equipment and facilities; supports annual budget planning; follows Code of Conduct, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies; performs other duties as assigned.
