Crop Management Specialist

Lead end-to-end field and greenhouse agronomy operations ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of plant material for development, production, and breeding trials. Directly manage the vegetable field-agronomy program, including coordinating irrigation, fertilization, and pest/disease control aligned with GSPP standards. Provide technical leadership of nursery and pollination operations with accountability for quality, traceability, and site readiness. Lead, develop, and motivate the agronomy team while directing on-site data collection to ensure accuracy. Manage breeding and marketing field trials using data-driven decision-making, propose infrastructure investments, and coordinate hazardous waste disposal. Collaborate with Breeding and Seed Processing teams to align seasonal activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, 5–10 years of agronomy research experience, a pesticide applicator license, and English proficiency (B2–C1). Unscheduled shifts, weekends, and driving license required.
