Job Summary
Crop Inputs Representative responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with growers, providing agronomic solutions, and selling crop inputs products with expert product knowledge and guidance. Duties include prospecting new customers, maintaining strong grower relationships, offering technical support on crop inputs to maximize yields and profitability, staying current on crop input technologies and industry advancements, collaborating with the Crop Inputs Manager, Merchant, and suppliers on product availability and pricing, and assisting with operations and administrative duties to ensure efficient delivery and exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in an Agriculture-related program or experience in an Agriculture retail business
- P.Ag or CCA certification (or the ability to obtain) is an asset
- Valid driver’s license is required
