Croatian-speaking – Remote Opportunity (Based in Greece)

Conduct international customer support for Croatian and English-speaking clients, beginning with a mandatory 9-week on-site training period in Athens. Transition to a remote work-from-home setup within Greece after successful onboarding and consistent performance, subject to prior approval for remote work from the start date. Work rotational shifts Monday through Sunday between 08:00 and 19:00. Candidates must hold EU citizenship or full working rights in the EU, possess C1+ Croatian and B2+ English fluency, and be willing to relocate to Athens. This role offers a permanent full-time contract with a gross monthly salary of 1200€, including performance bonuses, private health and life insurance, 25 days annual leave, and a 50€ monthly meal voucher. Relocation support includes three weeks of accommodation and up to 300€ in financial assistance.
