Job Summary
Conduct international customer support operations for Croatian and English-speaking clients, initially during a mandatory 9-week on-site training period in Athens before transitioning to rotational shifts. Manage daily inquiries while adhering to a Monday-to-Sunday schedule from 08:00–19:00, with remote work options available after onboarding or upon prior approval. Ensure all duties are performed while based in Greece, utilizing provided relocation support including accommodation and legal documentation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Croatian (C1+)
- Fluency in English (B2+)
- EU citizenship or full working rights in the EU
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and start on-site
- Availability for rotational shifts
- All candidates must be based in Greece
- Remote work is only allowed within Greece
