Job Summary
Coordinate the linguistic team by reviewing copy, providing feedback to testers, and communicating client feedback received. Act as the main liaison for terminology, style issues, product features, and questions while supporting new tester onboarding. Manage linguistic assets, plan and execute quality management, and identify training needs to create, maintain, and deliver the linguistic training program. Provide clear, constructive feedback to managers, clients, and linguists, and confidently present information to stakeholders. Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a quality and timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Onsite in our offices in Cupertino, CA
- W-2 (eligible for benefits based on hours worked)
- Monday-Friday (8:30 am - 4:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break, 35 hours per week)
- valid visa permitting you to work in the USA
- native-level fluency in Polish
- fluency in English
