Job Summary
CRO Strategist responsible for planning, executing and reporting CRO initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong. Lead CRO strategies to support digital targets, plan and run A/B and funnel tests, analyse Google Analytics data to identify conversion opportunities, collaborate with UX/UI teams to test improved customer journeys, and share insights across APAC markets. Manage test frameworks, coordinate with designers/developers, QA builds, and translate results into actionable recommendations. Requires data-led mindset, stakeholder engagement across multiple markets, and ability to manage multiple projects with strong project management and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing and managing CRO strategies or optimisation programs
- Expertise in Google Analytics (desirable)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and digital customer journeys
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across markets
- High attention to detail when reviewing tests, data and reporting
- Experience with CRO platforms such as Optimizely, Kameleoon or AB Tasty
- Experience using Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence (advantageous)
- Flexibility to work across APAC time zones (including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong)
