Job Summary
CRO Manager responsible for owning and growing the experimentation programme, designing and running A/B tests and multivariate experiments across site touchpoints (landing pages, PDPs, basket, checkout, and paid journeys), developing test hypotheses from quantitative and qualitative sources, and owning the experimentation roadmap. Role includes overseeing the Magento to Shopify migration to preserve conversion performance, identifying friction and drop-off to translate into structured test programmes, presenting results with statistical rigour to stakeholders, progressively expanding testing capabilities to wider teams, writing clear product requirements and feature descriptions for implementation, and collaborating with design and development through end-to-end design-to-implementation workflows. Requires experience in CRO/digital optimisation, an experimentation roadmap, proficiency with VWO or similar, familiarity with Magento and Shopify, Google Analytics and Contentsquare, HTML/CSS for briefs and QA, strong project management and cross-functional communication, and an openness to AI enhancements; SQL knowledge is a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within CRO or digital optimisation, ideally in ecommerce
- Experience leading an experimentation roadmap
- Hands-on with VWO or similar
- Comfortable operating in Magento and Shopify would be ideal
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Contentsquare or comparable
- Enough HTML/CSS to write a tight developer brief and QA it properly
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication
- Curious about AI and how it can improve what you do
- SQL knowledge is a bonus
