Job Summary
CRO/Dispatcher 2nd Shift at Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport location. Full-time role responsible for dispatching jobs to technicians and providing administrative and office support to multiple supervisors. Key duties include answering incoming phone calls and directing or dispatching personnel; writing letters, memos, and correspondence; creating and/or modifying management reports; and data entry. Requires proficiency with computers/MS Office, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to multi-task and solve problems, and the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently; also emphasizes urgency in work. Shift schedule includes daytime and evening blocks across Mon-Tue, Fri-Sun with specific start times, and days off on Wed and Thu, at the Cleveland, OH site.
