Job Summary
CRO & Digital Experience Manager sought to drive conversion rate optimization, digital customer experience, and online revenue across multiple eCommerce brands. Lead strategy and hands-on execution to improve end-to-end digital journeys (desktop and mobile), focusing on friction reduction, testing roadmaps, onsite merchandising, and checkout optimization. Partner with eCommerce, Product Management, UX/UI, Development, Brand Management, Marketing, Analytics, SEO, and PPC to prioritize high-impact digital experience improvements, build scalable CRO processes, and use data-driven insights to boost revenue and customer engagement. Responsibilities include leading A/B and multivariate testing across homepage, category pages, PDPs, cart, and mobile, analyzing behavioral analytics, maintaining dashboards, and exploring AI-driven personalization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Digital Media, Analytics, or a related field required.
