Job Summary
CRO Specialist responsible for improving conversion rates of websites, landing pages, and digital assets through data-driven optimization. Key duties include analyzing performance with web analytics tools (GA/G4, Hotjar, etc.), conducting qualitative and quantitative user research (surveys, heatmaps, session recordings), planning and executing A/B and multivariate tests, and collaborating with design/dev/content teams to implement optimization initiatives. Requires strong analytical skills, experience with CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize), proficiency in web analytics, and ability to communicate insights to stakeholders. Emphasis on building a data-driven culture and continuous improvement across digital properties.
Required Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a CRO Specialist, Conversion Optimization Analyst, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with CRO tools and platforms, such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize
- Experience with user research methodologies, including surveys, heatmaps, and session recordings
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify areas for optimization and improvement
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and user-centric design principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices
