Job Summary
CRNP for Primary Care and MAT providing pediatric and adult primary care services and Medication Assisted Treatment in the Conyngham Primary Health Care Center. Responsibilities include applying best practices, managing emergencies, and utilizing health IT. Requires PA RN/CRNP licensure, DEA and PA prescriptive authority, and board-approved master’s or post-master’s degree in advanced nursing. Experience with Sublocade, Vivitrol, and buprenorphine is noted. Required Qualifications
- Licensed by the State of Pennsylvania as both a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
- Valid DEA
- Must also be licensed by the State of PA for a CRNP Prescriptive Authority
- Must have completed an accredited Board-approved master’s or post-master's degree nurse practitioner program or other Board approved program that awarded an advanced degree or course of study considered by the Board to be equivalent to that required for certification in PA at the time the course was completed.
- Current CPR. ACLS, and PALS certified
