Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and formulation of Treatment/Service Plans; prescribe/administer medications and injections (including IM); order labs and diagnostics; collaborate with medical/psychiatric providers and center staff; ensure timely psychiatric documentation and open communication; promote advanced practice clinical care in behavioral health; act as resource on medical/psychiatric issues; adhere to Sanctuary commitments and QA processes; role includes participation in committees and alignment with state/federal regulations.
