Job Summary
Provide safe general and regional anesthetic experiences for assigned patients under the guidance of the attending surgeon. Manage anesthesia supplies and equipment in the Operating Room while meeting established surgical standards. Promote teamwork with Operating Room personnel, physicians, and other departments to ensure optimal patient outcomes and efficient surgical operations. Demonstrate exceptional expertise in anesthesia administration and management with rigorous adherence to Surgical Standards and Recommended Practices. Respond appropriately in stressful or emergent situations. Join a team-based anesthesia care model featuring a diverse caseload and predictable work schedule with minimal call.
Required Qualifications
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License
- Current Certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
- Strong knowledge of current anesthesia practices and procedures
- Aptitude for detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to respond appropriately in stressful or emergent situations
- Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years experience following training
- EPIC experience
