Job Summary
CRNA locum need for a Level I trauma hospital in Fountain Hills, AZ. Flexible 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) with day/night rotation and at least one weekend shift per month. Supervised model; 36+ hours per week; 4-week minimum commitment with option to pick up additional shifts. Must hold AZ license and be board-certified within 5 years, with current OB experience and ability to manage high-risk OB cases. Minimum 1 year of hospital-based CRNA experience; OB/OR experience preferred; credentialing timelines include AZ license processing and IMLC considerations. Referral bonus offered for successful referrals; all-inclusive malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Responsibilities include providing anesthesia care across OB and OR settings, adapting to variable shift patterns, and ensuring patient safety in a high-acuity environment.
Required Qualifications
- AZ license or eligibility
- Current OB experience required; capable of managing high-risk OB cases
- Board Certified within the last 5 years
- Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting
- Willingness to cover a variety of shift types (days, nights, weekends, OB, OR)
- Location: Fountain Hills, AZ and surrounding area; locum availability in a hospital setting
