Job Summary
CRNA locum needed to start ASAP for 3-6 months at a facility near West Central, IN. 40 hr/wk shifts (5x8), no weekends and no call. Independent practice model; must have IN license and experience in independent practice. Cases include Endo, OB, General, and Ortho. Must perform blocks, spinals, and epidurals. EMR is Cerner. Will cross-credential at 2 sites. Credentialing timeframe is 1-3 months; temps can be granted. Referral bonus of $1,000 for any referral who works 160 hours. Required Qualifications
- IN license
- Experience in Independent Practice Model
- CRNA
- Cross-credentialing at 2 sites
