CRNA Urgent Locums need

Urgent CRNA locum need in Louisville, KY for ongoing coverage. Shifts available: 8, 10, or 12 hours with no overtime or call. Orientation day before first shift preferred. Credentials accepted: CRNA; Board level: BC; Certifications: PALS, ACLS. EMR: Epic. Procedures include caudal, adductor canal block, interscalene block, arterial lines, ESP. Case mix spans trauma, NICU, PICU, general, ortho, urology, plastics, neurosurgery, spine, kidney transplant, ENT, GI (endo), EP lab, MRI/LPs, sedation, IR. MDs supervise CRNAs/SRAs/residents; ratio typically 1:1 or 2:1 depending on case acuity. Referral bonus ($1000) for referrals who work 160 hours.
