CRNA Urgent Locums need

Urgent locum CRNA coverage near East Highland Park, VA, with General and Orthopedic cases across a 34-room site. Day shift (8 hours), Mon–Fri 7:00–3:00, no overtime. MDs supervise CRNAs in a 1:4 ratio; endoscopy site growth adds 3 rooms per day. Accelerated and temporary privileges available (emergency under 30 days; temporary 30–60 days) with an estimated 90-day privileging timeframe. Board-certified CRNAs (BCRNA) or fellowship-required candidates sought; VA license preferred though candidates willing to obtain state licensure may be considered. IPro charting, 34 rooms, MDs not performing their own cases. Referral bonus available for successful referrals who work 160 hours.
