Job Summary
The CRNA will be responsible for performing pre-anesthesia assessments and obtaining patient consent while discussing anesthetic options and risks. Responsibilities include induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, as well as monitoring the patient's physiological condition and performing clinical interventions as necessary. The role offers opportunities to perform regional blocks and involves varied shifts of 8's, 12's, and 24's with no beeper call.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
