Job Summary
Cleveland Clinic is seeking a full-time CRNA responsible for administering anesthetic care for diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical procedures. Key responsibilities include performing pre-anesthetic assessments, developing anesthetic plans, and managing anesthesia phases. Requires strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work under pressure. Must be a graduate of an accredited CRNA program, hold current RN and CRNA licenses, and possess BLS and ACLS certifications from recognized organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN)
- Certification as a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA)
- Current certification and continued professional certification (CPC) with the NBCRNA
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) may be required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in administering anesthetic care
- Familiarity with pre-anesthetic assessment and evaluation
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
Additional Requirements
- Must comply with influenza vaccination program
- Drug testing following offer of employment
