Job Summary
CRNA - PRN position responsible for anesthesia administration and related care across pre-anesthetic preparation, induction/maintenance/emergence, and post-anesthesia care. Works under the oversight of the anesthesiologist and OR leadership to ensure safe, effective perioperative anesthesia. Requires graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program and active MO CRNA licensure, with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Must perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic evaluations, manage airway and physiologic homeostasis during anesthesia, monitor and document care, respond to emergencies, and maintain equipment and safety standards. Strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to department policies are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthetist
- Current licensure to practice as a CRNA in Missouri
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- PALS Certification
